摘要: To evaluate the physiological responses of pot marigold to water deficit under biological and chemical phosphorus sources, a factorial experiment was conducted based on randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications at Urmia University in 2014. Treatments were irrigation (at 50% 80% Field Capacity; FC) (control, triple super phosphate, phosphate solubilizer bacteria arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi species included Glomus intraradices, G. mosseae hoi). Analysis variance showed significant effect leaf chlorophyll-a, chlorophyll-b total chlorophyll, also interaction × carotenoid, proline, soluble sugars (TSS), flower seed yield. Means comparison indicated lowest concentration chlorophyll plants irrigated FC. The highest proline (2.6 μmol/g Fresh Weight) belonged fed by FC, one (0.63 fresh weight) obtained from well-watered (irrigation inoculated mosseae. At all, reduced photosynthetic pigments (-a, -b total), increased osmolytes (proline TSS) achieved stress. In plants, yield improved condition. Also, enhanced biofertilizers as well P. So, results suggested replacing sources.
