摘要: This study investigated and characterised organic matter present in sediment particles deposited infiltration facilities using an excitation-emission matrix method combined with parallel factor analysis (EEM-PARAFAC). The fluorophore identified was correlated bound metals. PARAFAC three major components. each of the components appeared different locations spectral shapes. maximum fluorescence intensity (F max) observed for fluorescent component seven heavy metals (Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn Pb). F max 1 displayed a negative relationship all (correlation coefficient = −0.28 to −0.72), 3 showed positive (0.20 0.62), among them, Ni had higher correlation. Our results demonstrate that approach can help further elucidate species, thereby allowing better understanding mobility elemental species sediment.
