摘要: Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are the most common beer-spoilage regardless of beer type, and thus pose significant problems for brewery industry. The aim this study was to investigate genetic mechanisms involved in ability hard-to-culture bacterium Lactobacillus acetotolerans enter into viable putative non-culturable (VPNC) state. A genome-wide transcriptional analysis L. strains BM-LA14526, BM-LA14527, BM-LA14528 under normal, mid-term VPNC states were performed using RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) further bioinformatics analyses. GO function, COG category, KEGG pathway enrichment conducted functional related metabolic pathways differentially expressed genes. Functional indicated that heightened stress response reduction genes associated with transport, process, enzyme activity might play important roles formation This is first transcriptomic on state spoilage acetotolerans.
