摘要: Long-term success in trabeculectomy has been enhanced recent years by postoperative subconjunctival 5-fluorouracil injections and intraoperative mitomycin C applications. During 1990 1991, after with a small scleral flap (2 × 3 mm) augmented antimetabolite therapy, hypotonous maculopathy developed eight eyes of six patients. The was characterized loss visual acuity, retinal striae, choroidal folds without evidence vascular leakage. average acuity four Snellen lines.
