摘要: There are many normative answers on the question how to realize climate adaptation, ranging from pleas for the government play a decisive role, calls for refraining action and relying upon spontaneous adaptation of both non-governmental actors. In this article, we present Q methodological study, aimed at investigating governance preferences among actors in Netherlands “narratives” they use motivate these preferences. Our empirical results underline fact that “how organize adaptation”, is controversial one. The resemble various positions current academic debate about add important insights nuances it.
