Dimensionality reduction for content-based image classification

摘要: Effective ways of organizing image descriptors is a critical design step content-based classification systems. Suitable are selected according to the problem domain for generating feature space. Using several improves accuracy representation but risen some challenges such as non linear combination, expensive computation and curse dimensionality. In This work an approach using parametric statistical test effective dimensionality reduction presented. The proposed method facilitates discrimination keeps relevant information.
