Dendrimers with Polymeric Core: Towards Nanocylinders

摘要: This chapter draws a comprehensive picture of what has been done in the field dendrimers with polymeric cores putting emphasis first on synthetic issues and then experiments investigating aggregation behavior these intruiging macromolecules both solid state surfaces. Additionally, will be described which show that some can considered cylindrical molecular objects. The treated this may as either core or alternatively dendronized polymers (or appendent dendrons) depending whether one sees them from vantage point an organic macromolecular chemist.
