Abordagem do desvio positivo para a mudança de comportamento alimentar: revisão sistemática

摘要: OBJETIVO: Realizar uma revisao sistematica da literatura sobre a utilizacao do metodo desvio positivo para promover mudanca de comportamento alimentar, fim identificar as potencialidades desse educacao em saude e nutricao. METODOS: As bases acessadas foram: Biblioteca Cochrane, LILACS, MEDLINE, SciELO, PubMed Scopus. Os descritores utilizados busca positive deviance, positivo, deviance inquiry deviants. criterios inclusao foram presenca dados originais, metodologia claramente definida textos disponiveis na integra. estudos selecionados tiveram seus principais resultados descritos analisados atraves psicossociais (condicoes socioeconomicas saude, habitos higiene alimentares), antropometricos (peso, altura), bioquimicos clinicos (presenca morbidades exames bioquimicos) determinar limitacoes mudar o alimentar. RESULTADOS: Dos 47 identificados, nove atenderam os inclusao. objetivos aplicacao prevencao reabilitacao desnutricao materna infantil areas vulnerabilidade socioeconomica tratamento sobrepeso obesidade adultos. A melhoria indicadores nutricao materno-infantil sustentabilidade comportamentos beneficos destacaram-se como positivo. CONCLUSOES: O pode contribuir mudancas no alimentar com vistas reversao quadros infantil, bem parece ser eficaz socioeconomica.
