摘要: A standing push/pull exercise machine includes a frame with first and second sections located on opposite sides of midplane, defining position therebetween. Each section pivotal lever which is against selected weight resistance, preferably along movement path converges toward the midplane respect to forward facing direction an exerciser. One its corresponding levers further rearward other lever, it adapted for resistance via pushing motion, while pulling motion. Thus, this enables exerciser simultaneously perform, from position, motion prescribed converging paths thereby achieve optimal “positive” reverse same muscle groups body. mirror image may be used work in direction, i.e., pull/push get full benefit positive/reverse paths. Also, simultaneous performance (or pull/push) provides muscular benefits midsection, due twisting effect generated at torso.
