摘要: The increasing demands in passive safety of trains are putting new challenges the methodologies. designers nowadays requiring not only simulation tools based on complex models, but also simplified with optimization procedures that can be used efficiently earlier design stages. Multibody dynamics formulations have shown to suitable develop these models. In this work, 1D rigid body and 2D rigid-flexible models presented. A general framework has been established coupling sensitivity analysis algorithms. methodologies include multicriteria, multi-load constrained minimization. developed order optimize several parameters related crash capabilities such as energy absorbed, accelerations or deformations. Geometric material characteristics variables which turn standard absorption devices train structural components. full-scale experimental tests. Some examples presented, involving distribution along trains, a front-end structure using multiload optimization. For covering abstract see ITRD E125059.
