摘要: Methods and materials for generating a three-dimensional tissue construct are provided. The method comprises (a) providing scaffold; (b) isolated smooth muscle cells; (c) suspending the cells in hydrogel; (d) ejecting cell/hydrogel suspension from printer onto (e) incubating on scaffold media at 37° C.
