摘要: Abstract in Undetermined The integrated approach of consumers to new product development has its serious challenges that have been recognized by several researchers, but not sufficiently investigated. Therefore, the objective this paper is propose a conceptual framework for analysis how companies involve users innovation efforts through Web 2.0. The case study method was used empirical part study. This research generated evidence large firms, usually adhering closed processes, face management associated with and operations tools on web.
