摘要: The metabolic syndrome is a combination of various risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. In this project, we studied the effects dairy products on these in test persons with overweight. long term, it turns out that consumption semi-skimmed lowers systolic blood pressure, but has no positive other factors. milk negative fat content directly after meal, glucose level. Further research will have to show if findings also apply products, quantities, or populations.
