摘要: An apparatus and methods are disclosed that enable a first user of telecommunications terminal to receive, upon placing call second user, ringback signal is based on information extrinsic the system handles (i.e., independent state system). Such might include: entries in schedule (e.g., from groupware application such as Lotus Notes® hosted server, personal digital assistant [PDA] calendar, etc.); environmental parameters at and/or user's temperature, ambient sound pressure, luminosity, physiological users heart rate, respiration body brain activity, stock ticker information; weather forecasts; sports scores; updated election results; so forth.
