摘要: Water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) insulin emulsions with a concentration of 100 U/ml were prepared, and the possible absorption in emulsion form was examined. The following results obtained: W/O/W quite resistant to proteolytic enzymes vitro. In presence pancreatic lipase, however, gradually lost its activity by action enzymes. When administered jejunum at doses over 10 U/kg, significant consistent increase plasma observed, followed fall blood glucose. infusion into three four times more effective than administration aqueous insulin. Insulin, when stomach, did not cause hypoglycemia up 150 U/kg. orally, on other hand, definite responses observed 3 out 7 rabbits U/kg 4 For developing an method for oral insulin, present indicate means protecting molecule from destruction, facilitating intestinal
