摘要: The effects of gibberellin (GA) on cold-induced stem elongation and flowering Japanese radish (Raphanus sativus L.) were investigated using application GA3 a GA-biosynthesis inhibitor, uniconazole (UCZ). UCZ very strongly inhibited delayed flowering, the inhibition delay completely reversed by application. These results suggest that GA is necessary not only in but also flowering. When cold treatment (CT) was conducted plants whose level lowered UCZ, applied after CT Thus low probably did retard induction. Microscopic observation apical meristem showed delaying shift from vegetative to dome-shaped meristem. This result suggested floral evocation. Consequently it retarded physiological process involved long day induction or evocation, resulting
