摘要: A universally accepted operational definition of sustainability suited to a wide range environmental issues does not (yet) exist. Nevertheless, the notion has many dimensions relevant urban water management. This paper aims provide meaningful conceptualization and operationalization sustainable Based on this, we identify six priorities at strategic policy level for moving towards vision.
