摘要: Humus forms are the morphological results of organic matter decay and distribution in topsoil, thus important indicators for decomposer activities forest ecosystems. The first aim was to examine if humus suitable microbiological properties topsoil a high mountain (Val di Rabbi, Trentino, Italian Alps). second predict parameters based on pH value two slopes study area (ca. 1200-2200 m a.s.l.). We investigated determined values (enzymatic activities, carbon/nitrogen (C/N) ratio bacterial/archaeal abundance) uppermost mineral horizon. reveal significant correlations between (except abundance), which enable upscaling landscape scale using linear models. Based random with kriging model residuals, predictive maps form, show that decomposition processes our correspond topography. As compared locations south-facing or close valley bottom, north-facing upper treeline exhibit Moder (scarcely Mull Amphimull), more acidic (around 4), lower activity leucine-aminopeptidase, alkaline/acid phosphomonoesterase higher soil C/N (above 20). Our suggest potential indicate forest. Together proved be useful tool as basis leucine-aminopeptidase activity, topsoil.
