摘要: This paper seeks to examine the sensitivity of tuberculosis transmission (TB) dynamics rate at which infectious individuals with active TB begin a treatment course, and therefore cease be others. We model this by varying both are diagnosed treatment, demographic conditions in epidemic occurs. An agestructured deterministic ordinary differential equation is used study implementation more effective diagnostic such as Xpert MTB/ RIF high HIV prevalence setting. Sensitivity analysis effectiveness (λ) shows interim disease three scenarios defined differences age structure constant rate. In near future, we expect have most effect areas prevalence. long term, significant impact rates regardless structure.
