摘要: This prospective study was undertaken in patients scheduled for gastrectomy peptic ulcer disease to determine the effect of partial with either Rouxen-Y (n = 11) or Billroth II anastomosis on function small intestine. Patients were studied before and at 6 months (blood small-intestinal tests) 24 postoperatively. Median postoperative body weights (70.5 kg; p < 0.01) 12 (70.3 NS) lower than preoperatively (73.0 kg). Haemoglobin concentrations (8.9 mM; (9.1 0.05) also significantly reduced compared preoperative value (9.5 mM).
