摘要: ABSTRACTHydroxyapatite–zirconia (HA–ZrO2) nanocomposite coatings were prepared on Ti–6Al–7Nb implant by electrophoretic deposition at constant voltage of 50 V. The influence zirconia content the phase transition, morphological evolution, wettability and in vitro cyto-compatibility, together with bioactivity nanostructured was examined. From X-ray diffractometer patterns, a tangible increase decrease peak intensity width characteristic peaks observed after subsequent sintering 1000°C for 1 h under flow argon gas. sintered HA HA–ZrO2 composite showed higher hydrophilicity than bare substrate. bioassays, surface treatment Ti67 coating increased cell response as well apatite formability, simulated body fluid within 5 days incubation.
