Methods: Retrospective review transplant recipients with hepatic artery stenosis (HAS) or thrombosis (HAT) was performed. The HAS group treated balloon angioplasty selective stent placement. HAT catheter-directed thrombolysis. Primary, unassisted, and assisted patency graft survival rates were calculated. Results: In all, 31 patients identified (21 males; mean age, 51 years). A total 25 (81%) had 6 (19%) HAT. Collectively, a 35 procedures performed to treat patients. Overall technical success rate 91%, 11% major complication rate. Primary-assisted at 12 months 87% 81%, 76% 72%, respectively. Only 1 successful thrombolysis achieved. Conclusion: Endovascular is effective for bu...
