摘要: We generated human excitatory neurons using a protocol for rapid 21-day induction neurogenin-2 overexpression (Zhang et al., 2013) in publicly available control iPSC line. validated the glutamatergic neuronal identity of by immunofluorescence and transcriptomics. exposed 6 12 replicate neuron cultures to therapeutic plasma levels clozapine (300 ng/mL) last 3 days culture, remaining replicates solvent alone (methanol) be used as controls. harvested extracted total RNA, depleted ribosomal RNA subjected them sequencing. Of 2 failed quality control, thus 4 were further analysis. Here, we provide that raw sequencing data well list all genes their expression resulting from RNA-sequencing. This dataset can reference future studies access additional cell types, exposure conditions, other antipsychotic medication.
