摘要: Over the past two decades tremendous progress has been made in area of genomics crop plants, especially evolution large number high-throughput cost effective molecular markers and genotyping platforms which have helped to identify, map, introgress alien genes from wild backgrounds. The once mapped introgressed into cultivated plants through marker-assisted backcrossing (MABC) for improving biotic abiotic stresses major species including rice, wheat, chickpea, cotton, tomato, etc. Molecular associated with favorable QTL an important role introgression tracing these during their transfer background species. Thus become exploitation improvement. This chapter discusses improvement gene transfer.
