摘要: Fatty acids and triglycerides of oilseeds qualitatively quantitatively represent the lipid fraction which can be used to ensure nutritional needs animals human beings. In order diversify resources improve new sources vegetable oils in Cameroon, determinations fatty non-conventional have been undertaken. The physico-chemical characteristics Cameroonian were determined according standard methods. by gas liquid chromatography on capillary column, while reverse phase high performance (RP-HPLC). are classified decreasing polyunsaturated (PUFA) weight % as follows: Ricinodendron heudeulotii 79.4%, white Cucumeropsis mannii Naudin 62.4%, sesame 39.2%, Canarium schweifurthii Engl. 28.8%, Dacryodes edulis 26.2%, avocado 15.5%, shea butter 6.9% coconut 1.2%. higher PUFA more important value oilseed. classification unsaponifiable matter content is 5.1%, 2.8%, 2.3%, 1.6%, schweinfurthii 1.3%, 1.2%, manii 1.1% 0.09%.
