摘要: Abstract Lynch Syndrome (LS) entails a defective DNA mismatch repair system, which is the post-replicative proofreading and editing ensuring our genome's integrity. LS predisposes to several cancers, most commonly colorectal endometrial cancers. occurs in approximately 1 250–1,000 people. associated with urological malignancies upper tract urothelial carcinoma common, although still clinically underestimated. Other urologic possibly include bladder, prostate, testis, renal cell carcinoma. Ascertaining their true prevalence mandatory for relatives’ diagnosis treatment. Awareness regarding identifying patients at risk through assessment of personal familial oncologic history critical among urologists.
