摘要: Background Studying protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions are prerequisites for the identification of function mechanistic role various proteins in cell. Protocols analyzing DNA-based Protein-Protein Protein-DNA complicated need to be simplified efficient tracking binding capabilities specific DNA molecules. Here, we demonstrated a simple yet protocol coating-based interaction using antibodymediated immunodetection. Methods Briefly, have coated microtiter plate followed by incubating with protein lysate. Specific and/or bind identified fluorophore-conjugated antibodies. Antibodies used detect that is bound DNA. Results Fluorescent-based detection identifies between respect fragments. The uses indirect conjugated antibodies hence technique sensitive effective interactions. Conclusion Based on results conclude simple,
