摘要: The detection of faces in color images is important for many multimedia applications. It the first step face recognition and it can be used classifying specific shots such as anchorperson talk show shots. In this paper, we present an algorithm images. works by detecting areas skin color, then applies a top-down bottom-up analysis to colored areas. has been tested on from news clips other television programs. results that robust even cases where there are objects background have colors similar skin.
