摘要: The capacity of separated glandular and stromal cells from endometrium first trimester decidua to release prostaglandins (PGs) was studied over 48 hours in culture. Glandular preparations released more PGs than all tissues. Stromal did not alter throughout the cycle or early pregnancy but varied considerably. Proliferative glands most PGF2α PGE2 followed by secretory decidua. Histamine (10−5) stimulated PG endometrial decidual response proliferative greatest.
