摘要: Green compacts of hematite (54% porosity) were sintered in air at 1000°C for 30min and 1300°C 180min to produce porous (35% dense (8% compacts, respectively. Hematite isothermally reduced with hydrogen 500-1100°C using weight-loss technique as a function time. The structural changes accompanying sintering reduction processes examined mercury pressure porosimeter optical scanning electron microscopes. samples reveals the presence rate minimum 650°C which was attributed densification freshly iron around oxide grains. retardation increased increase extents decrease porosity compacts. computed values activation energy correlated corresponding mechanisms.
