摘要: We demonstrate the deposition of mechanically robust UV-absorbing nanocomposite coatings with a newly developed dual-source method involving ultrasonic spraying and open-air plasma deposition. Nanoparticles coating matrix are independently deposited which eliminates difficulties associated preparing composites high mass fraction well-dispersed nanoparticles in matrix. Nanocomposite containing different concentrations silica, ceria, both titania ceria were successfully good nanoparticle dispersity, transparency over visible range, effective absorption UV wavelength, enhanced mechanical properties.
