摘要: Abstract Self-healing hydrogels with pH-responsiveness could protect loaded drugs from being destroyed till it arrives to the target. The pectin-based hydrogel is a candidate due health benefit, anti-inflammation, antineoplastic activity, nontoxicity, and biospecific degradation, et al. However, abundant existence of water-soluble branched heteropolysaccharide chains influenced its performance resulting in limitation potential. In present study, we prepared series self-healing pectin/chitosan via Diels-Alder reaction. Moreover, composite was as contrast. By comparison, can be seen that reaction greatly improved cross-linking density hydrogels. experiments showed excellent performance. different swelling mediums, significant transformation ratio shown, indicating well-swelling property, pH- thermo-responsiveness. drug loading release studies presented high efficiency sustained cytotoxicity assay cell proliferation manifested great cytocompatibility.
