摘要: Coupling between internal gravity waves and small scale turbulence is studied using two complementary approaches: as an energy source for a wave damping process. We show that random occurence of turbulent patches may lead to saturation stable spectral effects this process are discussed. A few facts observed in the free troposphere lower stratosphere by situ experiments pertinent dicussion summarized.
