摘要: Abstract Novel hetero structured arrays of CdTe quantum dots capped ZnO nanostructures were successfully prepared through a three tier process. C-axis oriented nanostructures, namely nanox (where, x = discs, rods and wires), on glass ITO substrates by employing simple, template free low temperature solvothermal methods. synthesized subsequently an organometallic route. ITO/ZnO NanoX/CdTe heterostructured finally developed, capping nanostructured with using 3-mercaptopropionic acid. The crystalline, structural, morphological optical features the individual investigated XRD, HR-TEM, SEM, EDAX, AFM, UV PL. role solvents, solution concentration deciding final morphologies in syntheses studied possible growth mechanism different nanostructure proposed. comparative electron transport studies heterostructure carried out. Electrochromic display units having fast capabilities developed. study put forth many futuristic applications these assemblies wide spectrum scientific industrial disciplines, particularly areas where is required.
