摘要: Abstract This paper concerns the dynamic segregation of impurities in iono-covalent semiconducting compounds subject to large temperature changes. Simultaneously gradient a chemical potential takes place these compounds. From expression flux mobile species (vacancies and cations considered materials) it has been shown that (or precipitation) effects must be observed near surfaces. These are directly related mobilities different cations. The predicted consistent with layer thicknesses found experimentally ceramic materials after cooling. analysis confirms fact surfaces during cooling taken into account interpretation results at room temperature. changes composition can have important technological consequences, for example powder preparation, consequently sintering or aging ceramics high
