摘要: Application of chicken immune sera to identification Mycoplasma species by the filter immunobinding (FIB) method was investigated. Immune against type strains 15 were prepared in chickens inoculation with concentrated organisms. Chicken sera, when absorbed a broth medium and diluted blocking solution, showed definite specificity homologous antigens FIB. The results field isolates gallisepticum M. synoviae FIB using consistent those obtained conventional tests based on biochemical properties growth inhibition rabbit sera. evidenced be useful for applied although they not applicable metabolism tests.
