摘要: The Center for Expanded Data Annotation and Retrieval is studying the creation of comprehensive expressive metadata biomedical datasets to facilitate data discovery, interpretation, reuse. We take advantage emerging community-based standard templates describing different kinds datasets, we investigate use computational techniques help investigators assemble fill in their values. are creating a repository from which plan identify patterns that will drive predictive entry when filling templates. not only capture annotations specified experimental initially created, but also incorporate links published literature, including secondary analyses possible refinements or retractions interpretations. By working with Human Immunology Project Consortium developers ImmPort repository, developing evaluating an end-to-end solution problems authoring management generalize other data-management environments.
