摘要: Approaches to cancer therapy for most tumors in adults and children have changed little 50 years: surgery, radiation, chemotherapy are standard many solid tumors. When the concept of angiogenesis biology was introduced 1970s, there recognition therapeutic potential attacking a tumor's blood supply. Advances understanding molecular processes that regulate tumor supply novel agents can interfere with them generated great deal scientific interest excitement. This article reviews current its role then discusses new options animals humans, focus on pediatric treating them.
