摘要: Summary Water, osmotic and pressure potentials of developing embryos related structures Phaseolus vulgaris var. Taylor's Horticultural seeds were followed from soon after fertilization to maturity. It was found that young constantly maintain lower (more negative) water than the pod. This indicates embryo is part an gradient favors movement into seed. During cotyledon stage development, are lowest (most in embryonic axis as compared cotyledon, seed coat difference maintained even maturation when become more negative. later increase, at day 22, correlated with increase internal abscisic acid level (Hsu, 1979).
