摘要: Cytotoxic drugs are a valuable option for the treatment of hemangiomas that interfere with normal functions (vision, breathing, eating, voiding or stooling), result in serious disfigurement, give rise to ulceration, bleeding, infection, pain, heart and liver failure. Corticosteroids administered systemically considered first line medical therapy proliferating hemangiomas. If resistance corticosteroid is observed when visceral involvement present, other cytotoxic such as vincristine cyclophosphamide can be used. Interferon effective was prescribed until recently. However, because severe neurological toxicity it increasingly omitted. Here, we summarize mode action side effects well current experience these used intra-lesionally.
