摘要: We have determined the complete chloroplast (cp) genome sequence of Cephalotaxus oliveri. The is 134,337 bp in length, encodes 113 genes, and lacks inverted repeat (IR) regions. Genome-wide mutational dynamics been investigated through comparative analysis cp genomes C. oliveri wilsoniana. Gene order transformation analyses indicate that when distinct isomers are considered as alternative structures for ancestral cupressophyte Pinaceae lineages, it not possible to distinguish between hypotheses favoring retention same IR region from a hypothesis proposing independent loss IRA IRB. Furthermore, genomes, highly reduced IRs replaced by short repeats potential mediate homologous recombination, analogous situation Pinaceae. importance also illustrated accD reading frame, which has undergone extreme length expansion cupressophytes. This caused large insertion comprising multiple sequences. Overall, we find distribution repeats, indels, substitutions significantly correlated consistent with play role inducing indels conifer genomes.
