摘要: Superconducting samples of type TlBa2Ca2-xScxCu3O9-δ with x = 0.0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.2 have been prepared via solid-state reaction technique. The effect weak magnetic fields up to 4.4 kG on the electrical resistivity has studied investigate flux motion for this phase. results reveal a slight shift in superconducting transition temperature Tc an increase width ΔT increasing fields. experimental data fit well thermally activated creep model activation energy U(B) shows power law dependence field as B. Also, is related according relation α Bn. values β n are strongly dependent Scandium-content. U(B, T) found be ~ B-η, where η + n. critical current density Jc(0) upper Bc2(0) calculated, from above measurements, function Finally electronic thermal conductivity κe, estimated Wiedemann-Franz law, reported at different applied samples.
