摘要: This study was performed to investigate microstructure and mechanical properties of dissimilar friction stir welds using AA6061-T6 AZ31 plates. Tensile strengths plates were 314MPa 242MPa, respectively. the joints by condition I II 182MPa 219MPa, These are about 75%, 90% tensile strength. During test, fracture occurred at weld region. Impact absorption energy joint 2 times compared that base metal. Crack propagation dramatically increased may be due both grain refinement homogeneous dispersion particle strong plastic deformation.
