摘要: Abstract New pyrochlore solid solutions Bi 1.5 Sb 1.5– x Nb CuO 7 have been synthesized (0 ≤ ≤ 1.5) via the ceramic method in air at 1000 °C. Rietveld refinement of compounds for = 0, = 0.75 and = 1.5 by means X-ray powder diffraction analysis confirmed an overall A 2 B O cubic structure according to (Bi 3+ Cu 2+ 0.5 )(Sb 5+ )O formula with 10.42009 (3) A, 10.47193 (3) A 10.52679(4) A, respectively, F d 3 ¯ m space group. Composition dependencies cell parameters show a linear increase niobium fraction. The magnetic susceptibility measurements achieved between 4 400 K indicate paramagnetic behavior oxidation state “+2” copper ion. electric resistivity measured using complex impedance spectroscopy evidences conductivity temperature substitution.
