摘要: Purpose: To investigate the effect of nicotinamide on secretion pro-an giogenic and pro-inflammatory cytokines in uveal melanoma cell lines. Methods: Two human lines (92.1 OCM-1) were treated with (10 mmol/L) or control media for 48 hours culture. The su perna tant from each culture was used sandwich enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay-based angiogenesis inflammation arrays to evaluate effects exogenously administered a total 20 gio genic proteins. Results: Seven pro-angiogenic detected under conditions both Treatment resulted significant decrease following cytokines: angiogenin, angiopoietin-2, epidermal growth factor, vascular epithelial factor-A 92.1 cells; basic fibroblast factor OCM-1 placenta Among proteins, monocyte chemotactic protein-1 interleukin-8 expressed untreated significantly reduced when nicotinamide. Conclusions: Results this vitro model suggest that may have anti-inflammatory anti-angiogenic properties, which open possibility using it as chemopreventive agent melanoma; however, further studies including animal models are warranted.
