摘要: Abstract The main venom glands of venomous snakes were isolated in situ by a harmless surgical technique. surgery had no apparent effect on the snakes' appearance, disposition or feeding habits more than 2 years after surgery. snake, surgery, could serve as an excellent preparation for studying secretory process gland well secretions accessory glands. Surgery also eliminates risk lethal bites occurring to zoo personnel and contributes study treatment diseases snakes.
