摘要: The therapeutic application of microRNA(s) in the field cancer has generated significant attention research. Previous studies have shown that miR-205 negatively regulates prostate cell proliferation, metastasis, and drug resistance. However, delivery is an unmet clinical need. Thus, development a viable nanoparticle platform to deliver highly sought. A novel magnetic (MNP)-based nanoplatform composed iron oxide core with poly(ethyleneimine)-poly(ethylene glycol) layer(s) was developed. An optimized composition confirmed by examining binding profiles MNPs using agarose gel fluorescence methods. formulation applied cells for evaluating cellular uptake, delivery, anticancer, antimetastasis, chemosensitization potentials against docetaxel treatment. improved uptake efficacy formulations were studied confocal imaging, flow cytometry, clonogenicity, Western blot, q-RT-PCR, assays. Our findings demonstrated induces apoptosis enhancing chemotherapeutic effects cells. Overall, these study results provide strong proof-of-concept nonviral-based protocol effective microRNA
