摘要: As scientifically trained clinicians, pharmacists may be more familiar and comfortable with the concept of quantitative rather than qualitative research. Quantitative research can defined as “the means for testing objective theories by examining relationship among variables which in turn measured so that numbered data analyzed using statistical proce dures”. 1 Pharmacists have used such methods to carry out audits or surveys within their own practice settings; if so, they had a sense “something missing” from data. What is missing voice participant. In study, large amounts collected about number people who hold certain attitudes toward health care, but what study tells us why thoughts feelings might affect way respond care how it given (in this way, are frequently comple mentary). Possibly most important point its practitioners do not seek generalize findings wider population. Rather, attempt find examples behaviour, clarify participants, interpret participants’ experiences phenomena interest, order explanations human behaviour context.
