摘要: A carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with multi-walled nanotube (MWCNT) was proposed for determination of Risperidone (Risp). The method based on adsorptive accumulation the Risp to electrode, followed by reduction accumulated species voltammetric scan. parameters influencing peak current were optimized. Under optimum conditions, established linear response over a wide range concentrations (0.04 10 μmol L−1), detection limit 0.012 L−1 (after 150 s accumulation). applied in pharmaceutical preparation and human serum samples, satisfactory results obtained.
