摘要: Aromatase inhibitors act by blocking the aromatization of androgen to estrogen. Although concentration estrogen is decreased, they do not have antiestrogen effect clomiphene. This makes them ideal for ovulation induction and controlled ovarian hyperstimulation. Owing their ability decrease concentration, aromatase could also be used estrogen-dependent conditions including endometriosis, myoma adenomyosis. In addition, useful stimulation follicle development in women with neoplasia who wish preserve fertility.
